• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• During high-demand periods (sales, festivals, new drops), processing may take longer.

• You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed.

• Standard delivery within 5–9 business days in most metro cities across India.

• For other locations, delivery may take 7–12 business days depending on courier availability.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather, strikes, etc.).

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹ 999.

• For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of ₹ 149 applies.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) may attract an additional handling fee of ₹ 10.

• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.

• You can track your package using the link provided.

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

• If undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.

• Re-shipping may require additional charges.

• Currently, Bakchod Bros ships only within India.

• International shipping may be added in the future.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

• In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with our courier partner and provide a replacement/refund as applicable.
